  7. RAP-EL is application software designed to create all types of electrical
  8. drawings with a high degree of standardization and productivity. Completely
  9. menu-driven by onscreen or tablet menus, the package is very easy to learn and
  10. operate, as all of the actions required for drafting involve pressing menu
  11. buttons rather than entering commands from the keyboard
  12.  
  13. Built-in help features and error checking allow operation by even inexperienced
  14. users, and insure that critical system operations are performed correctly

  16. The RAP-EL package is designed to enhance the standard AutoCAD features and
  17. can be used fully interactively with them

  19. By using this package, the operator indicates the direction of input and the
  20. system automatically handles such things as symbol rotation, orientation and
  21. origin/exit points. Only those samples that should be rotated for a given input
  22. direction will be rotated

  24. The package comes complete with application specific symbols accessed via
  25. onscreen of tablet menus. With one pick, a symbol can be precisely placed on
  26. the drawing or modified. The ability to move, copy or globally affect a
  27. drawing, are only a few of the many editing features.
